A pink full moon
Shasta and I have been friends for so long, since our waitressing days many years ago. We both started getting into photography around the same time and have worked together so many times, photographing weddings together and building such a strong friendship and bond. So when she asked me to photograph her elopement, I was deeply honored. Shasta styled the whole elopement herself in her backyard with a beautiful arch, small Persian rug, cute cookies, a handmade bouquet, and hand written vows. Shasta and Chris' beautiful blended family were all full of excitement and the day was so simple yet overflowing with joy. After the backyard ceremony Shasta, Chris, and I headed up to Horsetooth reservoir to capture some more photos and we were blessed with the absolute most beautiful moonrise I have ever seen in my life.
